Fahy Studios built its games (the SERVICE) as Freemium games. This SERVICE is provided by Fahy Studios at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This policy applies to our games and related services on iOS, Android, and the web.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Smash & Dash – Crazy Drive unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Depending on how you create and access your account, this information may include your phone number or email address, username, and account information associated with Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in, such as your provider-issued account identifier, name, and email address, where provided by the sign-in provider. This may include an Apple private relay email address if you choose to hide your email. We use this information to create and manage your account, authenticate your sign-in, and provide the Service.
The game does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the game we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the game when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device’s internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the game may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
Purchases and Payments
The current purchasable products are consumable digital items, including Coins (القروش), which are used within the game.
iOS / App Store: All purchases made inside the iOS app are handled exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase and are subject to Apple’s applicable terms and payment processing procedures.
Android / Google Play: Purchases made inside the app distributed through Google Play are processed through Google Play’s billing system and are subject to Google Play’s applicable terms and payment processing procedures.
Website: Purchases made on our website are processed through the payment providers and payment methods offered at checkout. Website payments are separate from Apple In-App Purchase and Google Play billing and are subject to the applicable website purchase terms and payment provider terms.
Refunds
iOS / App Store: Refund requests for purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase or the App Store are handled by Apple. You can request a refund by signing in at reportaproblem.apple.com and following Apple’s refund request process. Refund eligibility and approval are determined by Apple under its applicable policies.
Android / Google Play: You can request a refund for a Google Play purchase through Google Play’s refund request process. Refund eligibility depends on Google Play’s applicable policies and the circumstances of the purchase. You may also contact us at info@fahy.gg (or alternatively, footytraps@gmail.com) for assistance with a purchase or refund request, including where Google Play directs you to the developer.
Website: Refund requests for purchases made on our website should be sent to info@fahy.gg (or alternatively, footytraps@gmail.com), with your order or transaction reference and the reason for the request. Website purchases remain subject to the website’s existing refund policy and applicable law. Apple and Google Play do not handle refunds for purchases made through our website’s payment providers.
Refund requests should follow the process for the platform or payment provider that processed the original purchase. Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable law.
Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly from within the app by selecting the “Delete Account” option and following the on-screen steps to confirm deletion. You do not need to contact customer support or send an email to delete your account.
Once deletion is completed, your account and the personal data associated with it are permanently deleted, except for information that we are legally required to retain. You will no longer be able to access the deleted account or its associated game progress and remaining consumable items, including Coins. Account deletion does not automatically issue a refund for previous purchases. Any refund request must follow the applicable iOS/App Store, Google Play, or website process described above.

This support option is in addition to the account deletion option available within the app.
